Services

I work as a CGO or CMO when a business wants to grow, has stopped growing, or cannot explain why its activity is not producing the expected result. The work begins by finding the actual constraint—not by assuming the answer is another campaign, a new website, or more advertising spend.

Los Angeles High-Ticket Service Businesses

Based in Sherman Oaks, California 91403, I specialize in digital advertising buy strategy for established Los Angeles businesses offering high-ticket services. My strongest fit includes legal, automotive, real estate, insurance, medical, and other specialty services where a click is expensive, the decision carries risk, and the business must earn trust before a customer commits.

The media buy is only one part of the decision. I connect channel selection, audience strategy, budget allocation, search intent, message, landing experience, intake, closing, capacity, and customer economics so the advertising plan serves the business rather than merely spending its budget.

The primary service area is Los Angeles, with particular emphasis on Sherman Oaks, Burbank, Downtown Los Angeles, Miracle Mile, Culver City, Century City, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Glendale, Pasadena, Calabasas, and Encino.

CGO and CMO-Level Direction

A Chief Growth Officer asks how the business can create and capture sustainable commercial growth. A Chief Marketing Officer directs how the market understands the business and how demand is developed, reached, and measured. My work connects both responsibilities because growth fails when marketing strategy is separated from sales, delivery capacity, customer economics, or the decisions management makes after the evidence arrives.

Abstract Business Development

Some opportunities do not begin as a defined campaign or sales assignment. I examine unmet customer needs, market position, offers, partnerships, distribution, new revenue paths, and operating models, then determine what capabilities would be required to turn the possibility into a functioning business result.

From Abstract Concept to Execution

I can begin with an idea that does not yet have a department, playbook, team, or obvious route to market and turn it into something the business can execute. That means defining the customer, problem, offer, positioning, economics, operating model, sequence of work, ownership, measurement, and conditions that would justify continuing, changing, or stopping the plan.

Execution may require capabilities the business does not currently possess. I facilitate what is needed: internal stakeholders, outside specialists, vendors, contractors, technology, media buying, documentation, handoffs, and decision rules. I am not merely handing management a strategy deck. The objective is to establish the working system capable of carrying the idea into reality.

Customer Psychology and Commercial Behavior

I examine how customers understand value, evaluate risk, develop trust, respond to language, experience friction, and make choices. Those observations are tested against demand, acquisition cost, contribution, capacity, and delivery. Customer psychology matters only when the business can translate understanding into an offer and experience worth choosing.

The Audit Comes First

I audit the commercial system from end to end: the market, competition, positioning, offer, advertising, website, calls, forms, intake, qualification, closing, billing, capacity, operating cost, and revenue. A business cannot fix what it has misidentified.

Growth Systems

Once the constraint is clear, I design or rebuild the path connecting market demand to an economic result. That can mean changing how demand is created, how inquiries are captured, how people are evaluated, how opportunities move through the pipeline, or how the business measures what happened afterward.

High-Ticket B2C and Specialty-Service Acquisition

My specialty is expensive products and services sold directly to consumers, especially markets where acquisition costs are high and the business must do real work after a lead arrives. I use digital strategy and paid advertising to create demand, but I do not treat a lead as the finished product.

Intake, Closing, and Pipeline

Growth can fail after marketing succeeds. I examine response time, routing, qualification, follow-up, sales behavior, customer fit, billing structure, and operational capacity. More inquiries do not create growth when the business cannot consistently turn the right inquiries into collected revenue.

Measurement That Reaches the Business

Platform reports are evidence, not the final answer. I connect advertising and website activity to intake decisions, customers, revenue, timing, cost, and capacity. The objective is not a prettier dashboard. It is knowing the true cost of growth and which part of the system deserves the next dollar.

Technology and Infrastructure

I build the practical systems needed to make the strategy work: websites, tracking, CRM connections, call and form flows, automation, reporting, and the operating rules around them. Technology should expose reality and support decisions—not automate a bad assumption faster.

How I Work

I do not preserve an existing system because it is familiar, and I am not on management’s side when the evidence disagrees with management. I work for the business and its measurable results. Sometimes the answer is better marketing. Sometimes it is a different offer, process, technology, operating decision, or business model. The point is to find out before spending more money defending the wrong explanation.

That sometimes requires saying what a successful owner does not want to hear. Prior success does not make a present assumption correct, and authority does not transfer the consequence of refusing necessary change. My language can be direct because the cost is real: when management inhibits execution or ignores the evidence, management and the business absorb the result.
